Timing's good, actually. What would this look like for a 20-person agency?

Your reply agent · in your voice

Glad the timing works. For a 20-person agency it starts with your best-fit founders. Worth a quick look at your market?

Six years in, and every client we've ever had came from a referral.

Great for trust. Terrible for planning. A quiet quarter means a quiet quarter.

This year I want a pipeline that doesn't depend on who happens to remember us.

Agency owners: what was the first outbound channel that actually worked for you?

Six years on referrals alone says the work sells itself once people see it. Do your best referrals usually come from past clients or from other agencies?

Past clients, almost always. Which is exactly why it dries up when we're heads-down.

Your pipeline doesn't dry up when sales slow down. It dries up when delivery gets busy.

Every agency owner I talk to describes the same month: a big launch, the whole team heads-down, and nobody sends a new-business message for three weeks.

Then the launch ends, and the calendar is empty.

The fix isn't working harder in quiet months. It's a pipeline that keeps moving while you deliver.

What's the first thing that slips in your business when delivery gets busy?

The empty calendar after a launch is so real. We now block 30 minutes every morning for outreach, launch or not.

For us it's follow-ups. The first messages go out, then the replies sit for a week.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us.

Will Atlas get my LinkedIn account restricted?

No tool can honestly promise LinkedIn will never restrict an account. Atlas is built to keep the risk low: it uses daily ranges instead of fixed numbers, spaces actions 1 to 4 minutes apart, warms new accounts up over four stages, caps invitations per hour and per week, only works in your hours, and cuts its own pace when LinkedIn pushes back. You can see every limit on your account page.

Will the AI say things I wouldn't?

You decide how much it does. The agent answers from what you teach it: your offer, your audience, your booking link and a list of things it must never say. Start in approval mode and every reply waits for you to send it. Switch to Autopilot when you trust it. Either way it hands you any conversation it shouldn't handle, and the moment you reply yourself, it steps back.

Can I set my own limits and hours?

Yes. Each campaign has its own days and hours, and you set a daily range for invitations, messages and profile views. Atlas spaces every action out, waits for the next day rather than going over, and you can pause an account or a campaign at any time.

What needs my approval?

You choose. The reply agent can answer on Autopilot or wait for you to approve each reply, and it hands you hostile or legal replies, people who want out and meeting times to confirm. Content Studio can be set to Review first, so nothing posts until you approve that exact version. Signals can add matches to a campaign you pick after a preview, capped at 25 a day, or wait for you to review each one. Invitation notes only go to people with a fresh reason to talk; everyone else gets a blank invitation.

Do I need Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Premium?

No. Atlas works with free LinkedIn, Premium and Sales Navigator. Sales Navigator gives you bigger, more precise searches and a higher weekly invitation allowance, so it's worth having if outreach is your main channel, but you can start without it.

Does my computer need to stay on?

No. Atlas runs on its own servers. You connect your LinkedIn account once, and campaigns keep running on your schedule whether your laptop is open or not.

How soon will I see results?

Invitations can start the day your campaign goes live, at the daily limits you set; a gradual warm-up is there if you want it. How many replies and calls you get depends on your audience and your offer, so we won't promise a number. Atlas shows acceptance, replies and meetings for each campaign so you can see what's working and change it.

Is it LinkedIn only?

LinkedIn is the core. You can add an email step from Gmail or Outlook to a sequence, find available emails and phone numbers with contact enrichment inside Atlas, and send voice notes on LinkedIn.

Where do the contacts come from?

Three places: LinkedIn search and Sales Navigator through your own account, a B2B people database built into Atlas through a data partner (hundreds of millions of professionals, 30 people and company filters, searches use credits), and Signals, which finds people commenting about your problem, engaging with posts you pick or changing jobs. A signal is a reason to talk, not proof someone is buying, and Atlas shows you the evidence behind each one.

Is Atlas software or a service?

Software. You sign in, connect your LinkedIn account and run it yourself, with the AI reply agent on the Atlas AI plans. If you'd rather not run it, the optional Done For You plan has our team set it up and manage it for you on the same software.

Are the voice notes AI-generated?

No. You record them yourself in the browser, or pick one from your library, and they arrive as a native LinkedIn voice message. Use them in an inbox reply or as a campaign step.

Can I use Atlas for my clients?

Yes. The Agency plans include up to 25 LinkedIn accounts and a separate workspace for each client, so their audiences, campaigns and inboxes never mix. White-label branding is not available yet.

What happens on the demo?

You tell us what you sell and who you sell to. We walk you through Atlas, map out a first campaign for your offer, and recommend the plan that fits: run it yourself, add AI replies, or have us run it for you.
